Mr. Brixey began his career as a Federal Deposit Insurance Company Bank Examiner, where he worked for 10 years. He took that experience to banking where he worked his way up from an Assistant Vice President to Executive Vice president and COO. During this time he worked with numerous small to mid size companies providing loans, doing financial analysis and working with the SBA to assist many customers in obtaining the funding they needed to grow their business. He spent 25 years in the field of banking.
Mr. Brixey then went to work with one of the major hardware wholesalers where he worked for 25 years. There he worked in the retail finance arena and for several years managed the company's internal finance company while working in the credit department. Spent time as the Western Area Credit Manager before moving into the Role of Director of Member Finance in 2005.
In the role of Director of finance he developed several national relationships with Lenders who provided financing for the store owners. In addition he presented financial presentation to groups of store owners for over three years. He also gave many presentation at the Rental Markets and owner markets in the finance area. He worked with many owners assisting them in growing their business and meeting their goals.
