  • Availability of telemarketing services, whereby business owners are telephoned on your agency’s behalf, asking the business owners if they would agree to an appointment to discuss allowing your agency to list/market their business. In recent years our telemarketing for licensed offices has generated over 60,000 seller leads, which have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in sales for our affiliated agencies. 

    You may access these telemarketing services, “on demand”, year round, by ordering as many or as few hours as you wish, which is charged to your office for the hours ordered.
        
  • FNBCTM makes available to your office dozens of franchise listings that you can market in your area, in addition to marketing the hundreds of non-franchise listings listed by our other licensed offices, and marketing those listed by your office. FNBC provides training in franchise marketing for all of FNBC'sTM licensed offices and agents.
      
  • You will be affiliated with our other offices nationwide, and be able to co-broker with those offices, and be able to network with these other licensed office owners. 
      
  • Your office will be included in our ongoing involvement in Mergers & Acquisitions activities, whereby our offices are listing and marketing larger businesses. FNBCTM provides regular training for our offices and agents on M&A issues.
      
  • You will be provided with other helpful consulting/training services from  FNBCTM that are designed to help you, your agents and administrative personnel, not only be successful, but, perhaps most important, be content and happy with your involvement with the FNBCTM network of premier business brokerage offices.

(II) HOW AN EXISTING AGENCY/BROKERAGE CAN JOIN FNBC's NETWORK
Alliances with established business brokerage and/or real estate agencies.

This program is for owners of business brokerage agencies and/or real estate agencies which are already
established and are operating your own agency, but would like to add the power of affiliating with FNBCTM.

FNBCTM offers its Licensed Office Program to these established agencies and allows them to join the FNBCTM network of premier brokerages and utilize our menu of services.  

For those owners of established brokerage agencies, who might wish to join FNBC'sTM network, you would join by executing our “License Agreement”, and receive the same benefits as the start up licensees, and you would be able to utilize all of the same services.

  

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

FNBCTM grants exclusive rights to the use of our systems in a given town/city/territory/state, depending on the size territory an owner is interested in controlling.

 

OPINION OF IMPROVEMENTS/COMPATABILITY/INTEGRATION PLAN

Owners of established agencies, who wish to join the FNBCTM network may request a comprehensive analysis of your agency by qualified FNBCTM professionals, to determine a plan for the integration of your agency into the FNBCTM brokerage system. This analysis is optional, and is not required, but is highly recommended, as a useful tool to confirm the ways FNBC'sTM systems may improve your listing inventory, sales, income, in-place systems, and/or closing ratios.
