Donna is the Sales Manager for FNBC and Real Estate Broker for Quality Real Estate Services, LLC. She brings experience in Commercial Real Estate brokerage both in personal production and management as well a background in accounting.

Born in Florida but raised in Mallorca Spain and having traveled to many countries she has experienced first hand different cultures and is multi-lingual. Along with this and her experience as an investor, property owner/manager, accountant and real estate broker when she says she’s “been there” she truly has! Her communication skills and experience allows her to really relate to her clients, colleagues and others on many levels. Integrity, honesty, empathy and her belief in leading by example are the things she lives by in her business and personal life.

When Donna is not helping to bring sellers and buyers together and working with agents she enjoys gardening, camping, fishing, boating and anything that allows her to spend time with her husband Frank, son Zach and daughter Lindsay as well as their two dogs “Charlie” and “Mimi”. After living so many places and moving to Springfield, MO in 2005 (from the Chicagoland area) “this finally feels like home”!

Something Donna wants everyone to know is “This is not only my career it’s my passion and there is nothing else I’d rather be doing for a living”, and by helping others achieve their dreams and goals she gets to achieve hers.

Jerry Myers

Jerry Myers specializes in the sale or other transfers of lower middle market businesses - those selling for up to $10,000,000. Jerry brings a wealth of experience and education to our clients from his wide-ranging background in all three of the principal functional areas of business: finance, marketing and operations. His over thirty years of experience has been in industries as diverse as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction services, food service, aeronautics, medical, business-to-business, automotive, agriculture, retail, franchises, education, publishing and professional services.  His skills in financial analysis, marketing and problem solving contribute to his exceptional success rate.

A Springfield, Missouri native, Jerry graduated from Drury University in that city with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing, and then moved to Kansas City where he earned an M.B.A. from the Executive Fellows Program at Rockhurst University. He began teaching for Rockhurst as an Adjunct Professor shortly afterwards, in the subject areas of Marketing and Production/Operations Management. He also taught Income Tax Law for H & R Block at their corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, as well as several courses for Keller Graduate School of Management including Quality Control, Strategic Planning, and Contract Management.

In addition, Jerry served in various executive positions for the Faultless Starch/Bon Ami Company in Kansas City, Missouri for over ten years.  He has also owned a number of businesses, which provides him with a personal understanding of the considerations and concerns of both buyers and sellers.

Jerry has been awarded the designation of Certified Business Intermediary by the International Business Brokers Association. Held by fewer than 900 individuals worldwide, the CBI designation is granted to IBBA members that have met rigorous requirements in education, industry knowledge and experience, and ethical standards.

Jerry is also a graduate of the United States Business Brokers Advanced Course in Professional Business Brokerage, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri. He serves on the Education Committee of the International Business Brokers Association, and the Small Business Council of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of the merger and acquisition professional organization M & A Source.

Gary Baldwin

Gary Baldwin is an Iowa native who had his first business experience helping to manage the family farm. He later earned a business degree and spent over twenty years in the information technology field with Wells Fargo Bank and The Principal Financial Group. During this time, he gained experience with the workings of large corporations, while at the same time, he operated his own small businesses. Gary shares the entrepreneurial spirit of small business owners in America and has owned several investment properties as well as a vending route business.

After vacationing in the Ozarks lakes region for many years, Gary and his family moved to Springfield where they continue to enjoy boating and fishing. When not spending free time with his family, he enjoys reading, golfing, and volunteering with the local Boy Scouts.

Gary is a licensed real estate salesperson and enjoys putting his knowledge of large and small businesses to work for buyers and sellers as a business broker.

Charles Tillman

Charles Tillman is a native Missourian with many years experience in business. Charles can relate to sellers with his experience of owning his own plumbing supply business and his 20 years in the plumbing and HVAC supply industry. He is also extremely helpful to buyers by leading them through the buying process. He uses his knowledge of small business lending to assist buyers in obtaining financing. When you sit down with Charlie you have the comfort of knowing that he knows the Ozarks and he knows how to help his clients through not only his brokerage experience, but also his experience in business.

Business brokerage is a full time career for Charlie, and when he’s not assisting buyers and sellers, his time is spent by being on the board of a non-profit organization assisting families of children with special needs. He also enjoys spending time at the lake and doing woodworking.

Brian Saddler

Brian is a native of Southwest Missouri and understands the various dynamics of the area.

He has 15 years of banking experience coupled with 10 years as a small business owner and can leverage that experience to help you achieve your goals by providing incredibly complete and professional services to you.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri and has successfully completed numerous sales management, finance, and strategic marketing classes throughout the last several years.  He has been both a buyer of a business and seller and the understanding from having experienced both sides of the table will help you navigate the process in a friendly, comfortable manner.  As a seller he knows that it is possible to sell your business for top dollar, with minimum taxes, with low risk, and confidentiality with a progressive, modern, effective marketing system.  As a buyer he can also lead you to a good business, with good records, and good cash flow along with the skills needed to complete a clean conveyance to you with a professional, low cost closing process.

When Brian is not helping people achieve their goals he is involved in raising his 2 children who love participating in all types of sports, he also enjoys traveling, pro-football, hiking, and exploring vintage sites around the country.

David Bird

Dave has more than 20 years experience in sales, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including wholesale distribution and business consulting.  In addition, he spent over 10 years in precision machine manufacturing.
 
A lifetime resident of the Joplin, MO area, Dave is very familiar with the situations, challenges, and opportunities that businesses in the Four – State area (Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas) face each day.  His past experiences have allowed him to work with literally hundreds of companies of all types and sizes.
 
Dave and his wife Carol have been married for over twenty years, and have two children, Natalie and Kristopher.  Their interests include all types of sporting events (especially golf) and spending time with friends at the lake.

Throughout the 90’s Jess worked with some of the largest banks and corporations in America as he sought out buyers for large amounts of equipment no longer necessary for their operations. Jess quickly gained a reputation for being a man of his word. When he said a deal was “done” everyone knew they would shortly have their product or their money and be very satisfied with the end result!
 
Jess also brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the table having built new businesses from the ground up in several states over the years and then selling them at a nice profit to others who wanted to take things to the next level.
 
Being familiar with the intricacies of buying and selling a successful business, Jess is able to confidently guide buyers & sellers through the transfer process while quickly and skillfully dealing with issues that sometimes unexpectedly arise during negotiations.
 
Jess is first and foremost a “people person.” He loves “difficult” people and enjoys the challenge of bringing together business people with competing interests and then helping them find that common ground that holds and releases great wealth for all concerned.

Shawna is the lead admin for FNBC. She brings years of office experience and a degree in Business and Marketing, which allows her to help both the sales manager and agents.
 
Shawna was raised in Ozark, MO where she was taught to treat each and every individual with the respect they deserve. She is a people person, ready and willing to help others in any way possible.
 
Shawna enjoys spending time with her friends, listening to music, and most of all being at home with her husband Jared, dog Chopper, and cat Pepper.\
