About The Henderson Business Group

The Henderson Business Group is comprised of former business owners and professionals who saw the need for a professional firm that can successfuly market and complete the process of the selling of businesses in Iowa and Nebraska.

Our personal entrepreneurial experiences proved to us that, too often, business owners either became consumed with the marketing of their business and ran the risk of neglecting the business' operations during their efforts to sell it, or were forced to limit the pool of potential buyers, due to time limitations and commitments, making the sale of the business a "part time" endeavor, at best.

Our experience also taught us that, prior to our forming The Henderson Business Group, qualified business buyers simply lacked the contacts to find which businesses were for sale.

By using The Henderson Business Group, both sellers and buyers can now use a fully staffed, professionally run business brokerage agency in the Iowa and Nebraska business community to fill this void.

We are focused on selling businesses.

Through our professional backgrounds our agents are experts in the sale and purchase of business opportunities. The methodology we employ was developed for First National Business Corporation by FNBC and has proven over the past 27 years to be successful in listing and selling all types, kinds, prices and sizes of businesses, including business-to-business service companies, manufacturing businesses, retail stores of all kinds, food & beverage businesses, trucking and distribution companies, franchises, and dealerships.

As part of our methodology we will not represent a seller whose price expectations are unrealistic for the market. If we would do so the seller would not be happy with our services and we would of limited value to qualified buyers.
